Does anyone do speech therapy at home or hire a therapist? Just curious. I have done both. Found the therapist to be expensive and did things I could do at home. The advantage to the therapist was that she had a perspective I didn't have. I see my daughter everyday and it is hard to notice improvements. I would love to hear from others what has worked for them.

I've been considering some outside therapies as well because my hoh daughter struggles w/ different things alot. I know there are some therapists more responsive to homeschooling families then others so I'd check out who your homeschool community might recommend for your area.
