Oregon Administrative Rule governing homeschooling children with disabilities. Includes the guidelines for establishing a Privately Developed Plan (PDP). The PDP is basically a privately developed IEP plan. Homeschooled children with disablities may be exempt from the testing requirements of the homeschool law if alternative assessments are provided in the IEP or PDP.
