A section of this book covers "part-time enrollment and ancillary services". Hearing therapy is specifically listed as a service that homeschoolers can access. It appears that special education services are available to homeschoolers in Washington.

The purpose of this page is to help Washington State Home Educators keep informed of what's happening around the state and the nation pertaining to homeschooling.

Washington Homeschool Organization
The Washington Homeschool Organization (WHO) is a statewide, non-profit membership organization. Its mission is to serve the diverse interests of home-based education in Washington State. WHO is nonpartisan, nonsectarian, and nondiscriminating in its views of homeschooling and participation in its activities.
